Start a request
Sign in, open Settings & connections, choose Security & sessions, and use Delete account. Roundly requires a recent secure sign-in and an exact typed confirmation before removing access. If you cannot sign in, email support@getroundly.ai from the verified address on your account.
What deletion covers
- Your Roundly login identity, active sessions, and provider connection authority.
- Personal profile data not required for a company's ongoing records.
- OAuth credentials associated only with your user, subject to provider revocation.
Shared and retained records
Deleting one user does not automatically erase a company workspace used by other authorized users. Funded-round records, executed or generated legal documents, cap-table history, audit events, and evidence needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling may be retained with access restricted. Roundly will explain any retained category when the request is completed.
Before the last administrator leaves
A company must transfer primary ownership or close the workspace before its last owner can be deleted. This prevents orphaned investor, funding, legal-document, and ownership records.
